Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in chennai. As a Cluster Manager, the role

• Maintaining professional relationship with customers by ensuring that their needs are identified, provide appropriate solutions 
• Consistently achieving or exceeding sales numbers/targets
• Resolving complaints in a timely manner.    
• Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs
• Organize awareness campaigns/seminars and other promotional events with customers/potential customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer is preferred/Engineering / Diploma could be also considered
• Minimum 6+ years of industrial PPE sales
• Knowledge of PPE product sales and Industrial Market knowledge
•  Knowledge of Safety Market.
