Role Overview

Suncart is looking for an experienced Clusters Engineer to manage and support multiple solar project clusters. The role involves supervision, coordination, site evaluations, and ensuring smooth execution of solar installations across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple solar project clusters within the assigned region.
• Conduct site visits, load assessments, and feasibility checks.
• Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, and internal engineering departments.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site technical issues related to electrical systems, wiring, and BOS components.
• Ensure timely execution of installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain documentation including reports, checklists, and site status updates.
• Support material planning, dispatch, and coordination with the operations team.
• Provide regular updates to project managers on progress and challenges.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• 3–4 years of experience in solar projects / electrical site execution / field engineering.
• Knowledge of solar BOS components, DC/AC systems, wiring, and installation standards.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and installation layouts.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with frequent site travel within assigned clusters.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
