As a Cluster Coordinator at Youth for Seva (YFS), you will have the opportunity to be part of a nation-wide volunteering movement that aims to inspire youth to volunteer and create positive change in society through the culture of volunteering. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contact new volunteers and ensure they undergo orientation before starting their volunteering activities. - Connect volunteers to projects and Seva Kendra after orientation. - Maintain regular communication with existing volunteers. - Identify new projects within your assigned cluster where volunteers can contribute. - Update the status of volunteers in your cluster regularly. - Develop volunteers through planned initiatives within YFS. **Qualifications Required:** - Age between 25 to 35 years. - A degree in any field; MSW or BSW will be an advantage. - Proficiency in English and Kannada languages. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Computer proficiency with experience in MS Office, internet, email, web, and Google Drive. - Ability to proactively engage with new people and organize events. - Preferably based in Bangalore. - Passion for the social sector and strong leadership skills. - Dedication, motivation, ambition, and commitment to the job. - Willingness to travel for 60% fieldwork within a specific area for coordination and connection. - Possession of a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added benefit.
