Cluster Collection Manager - Unsecured Loans

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve delivering month-on-month targets of TWL Loan Disbursals, with a focus on the quality and quantity of Two-Wheeler and Cross Sell loans in the given Cluster. You will be responsible for developing strategies and business plans to drive further growth of the Organization's business within your assigned Cluster. Additionally, you will need to ensure the Organization's presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the Cluster. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct competition mapping to keep track of competitors in the market and stay updated on all market trends. - Maintain strong relationships with key channel partners/Dealers. - Monitor schemes, team performance, training, and manage Territory Managers. Act as the gatekeeper of processes at the ground level to ensure the quality of sales and collection. - Resolve customer escalations and grievances effectively. - Achieve cluster-level targets in line with company budgets. - Take on the responsibility of hiring, managing, and motivating the team and individual performance. - Adhere to the company's policies and processes at all times. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of Retail Finance Lending (TW) experience. - Prior experience in managing dealer management is a must. - Strong demonstrated performance and delivery in previous assignments. - Excellent understanding of the industry with persuasive, customer-oriented behavior. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. - Self-motivated individual passionate about SME and Start-up opportunities.
