Cluster Collection Manager - Unsecured Loans

As a Cluster Manager for Retail Finance Lending, your primary responsibility will be to achieve month-on-month targets for TWL Loan Disbursals, with a focus on maintaining the quality and quantity of Two-Wheeler and Cross Sell loans in your designated Cluster. You will be required to develop strategies and business plans to drive further growth of the Organization's business within your assigned territory. Ensuring the Organization's presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the Cluster will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting competition mapping, keeping track of competitors in the market, and staying updated on all market trends. Maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners and Dealers will be crucial, along with monitoring schemes, team performance, and managing Territory Managers effectively. You will serve as the gatekeeper of processes at the ground level, ensuring the quality of sales and collection processes. Resolving customer escalations and grievances promptly and effectively will also fall under your purview. Achieving cluster-level targets in alignment with company budgets, as well as hiring, managing, and motivating the team and individual performance will be essential tasks. Adhering to the company's policies and processes is a non-negotiable requirement for this role. To be successful in this position, you should possess 8-12 years of Retail Finance Lending experience, specifically in Two-Wheeler financing. Previous experience in managing dealer relationships is a prerequisite for this role. Demonstrated performance and successful delivery in past assignments are essential. A strong understanding of the industry, coupled with persuasive and customer-oriented behavior, will be highly beneficial. Your ability to multitask, manage multiple stakeholders, and exhibit self-motivation and passion for SME and startup opportunities will be key factors contributing to your success in this role.,
