Cluster Branch Manager - Retail Branch Banking

As a Cluster Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all mapped Branch activities with strong leadership skills and service orientation. Your role will involve being fully responsible for the Cluster Branches P & L - revenue & cost. You will manage a Profit Centre, focusing on profitability through acquisition of net worth accounts, enhancing NII income, transaction fees, and generating revenue from third party products. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with all regulatory and auditory requirements, setting up branches from their nascent stages to increasing the book size manifold, and concentrating on all product lines and products offered by the bank. You will be expected to increase the value proposition of the bank with high net worth clientele, implement best practices in the industry to enhance the customer base, strengthen the customer value chain, and enhance the employee value proposition for the teams worked with.
