Role and Responsibilities

1. Tracking of electricity consumption and implement energy saving initiative
2. Create preventive maintenance plans and ensure execution at the store level
3. Ensuring upkeep of the equipment of the stores assigned
4. Improvement in the MTBR and MTBF of the equipment’s
5. HOTO process and snag identification of the project fit outs sites
6. Conducting safety audits at stores
7. Ensuring firefighting and fire protection system of store is working fine as per standards
8. Ensuring deep cleaning of the store
9. Management of HK, Security and Maintenance manpower at the stores
10. Creating a safe and secure environment at the store for internal as well as external customers
11. Tracking and coordinating for the business licenses.
12. Ensuring footfall counting system is working properly in the store
13. Ensuring biometric system is working properly in the stores
14. Conducting monthly audits at the store

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Diploma/ITI with Supervisor license in Electrical or Mechanical stream
