Job Criteria:

3) Minimum 6 months of experience in an Cloud Technical Support

4) Ability to handle real-time voice calls.

5)Any UG qualification

Compensation: CTC: 3 to 4.5 LPA (varies based on candidate experience)

Job Brief We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the technical

aspects of complex customer issues related to Microsoft 365, Google

Workspace, and other SaaS applications. This role requires a strong

technical background, excellent communication, problem-solving skills,

and the ability to communicate complex technical information to

customers.

Roles & Responsibilities • Review and analyze complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365,

Google Workspace, and other SaaS applications, identifying root causes

and potential solutions.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning skills, along with

critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to multitask across multiple customer issues while maintaining

accurate status documentation.

• Ability to solve complex technical implementations both independently

and as part of a team.

• Understand customer issues and requirements to ensure the correct

solution is delivered.

• Excellent communication skill to directly communicate with different

stakeholder and customers (phone, chat, emails)

• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Additional certifications such as G Suite, Microsoft Azure, etc.
