Job Description

As a Cloud Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience, your role will involve driving cloud transformation and modernization initiatives, particularly in Akamai Cloud and complex cloud migrations. Collaboration with clients, product teams, developers, and operations will be essential to translate business requirements into effective architectural solutions aligned with industry standards and best practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and deploying robust and cost-effective cloud architectures - Leading end-to-end cloud migration projects - Evaluating and recommending cloud products and tools - Developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices utilizing Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates - Working closely with development, security, and DevOps teams to establish cloud-native CI/CD workflows - Integrating compliance and security measures into deployment plans - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams - Maintaining clear architectural documentation and implementation guides Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - At least 10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 8 years in cloud architecture roles - Demonstrated expertise in cloud migrations and proficiency in one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Akamai - Strong knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud-native services (e.g., Lambda, Azure Functions, GKE), and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates) - Solid understanding of cloud networking, identity management, storage, security - Experience in cloud cost optimization and performance tuning - Excellent English communication and presentation skills Please review the complete Job Description and Requirements before submitting your application.,
