Cloud Senior Engineer

Role Overview: As part of TMF Group's Digital Project Management Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the Digital Transformation agenda by partnering with Business Leaders to scope and implement technology solutions that solve business problems. You will work on a variety of projects such as application deployment, infrastructure changes, and M&A activities, collaborating with a global team of professionals to ensure successful project delivery and change management. By leveraging your project management skills and expertise, you will contribute to enhancing service quality, driving innovation, and reducing costs across TMF Group's global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Business Leaders to define and document business problems that require technology solutions - Utilize professional experiences and TMF best practices to design project approaches that achieve desired outcomes - Collaborate with domain experts to select appropriate technologies for project implementation - Develop effective governance and reporting structures tailored to the size and complexity of projects - Create comprehensive business cases outlining project purpose, cost, and benefits - Manage project governance to facilitate timely and budget-conscious decision-making - Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and maintain project plans - Prepare and present steerco packs to update stakeholders at operational and leadership levels - Track project financials, providing monthly reports on progress versus business case - Coordinate project resourcing from Operations, Technology, Business, and third-party suppliers - Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies - Act as a bridge between technology and business teams to facilitate project delivery - Communicate technology topics in a clear and understandable manner to business users - Manage stakeholder expectations regarding the impact of technology on operations - Develop transition plans for seamless project closure and integration into business-as-usual operations - Collaborate with Business and Operational Excellence Leaders on effective change management strategies - Shape change management plans aligned with technical milestones and operational requirements - Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions by end users Qualification Required: - Strong communication and presentation skills - Exceptional problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in written and spoken English - Ability to work independently and drive projects forward - Advanced project management qualification (PMP / PMI / Prince2 / Equivalent) - Minimum 2 years of experience managing technology-enabled change projects - Experience in deploying new applications to end users - Familiarity with working in a matrix organization and coordinating with various stakeholders - Proven track record of successful project completion across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures - SCRUM / AGILE qualifications and experience Please Note: The JD did not contain any additional details about the company.,
