Cloud Project Manager

Lead the planning and implementation of Cloud Projects including defining project scope, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Developing new project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and staff.

Outlining the resources required to successfully complete each project.

Formulating a resource allocation strategy, and utilizing this to distribute work.

Monitoring staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.

Evaluating each projects effectiveness by consulting with clients, consumers, and staff.

Reporting on each projects utility upon the uptake of outputs.

Consulting with the assigned Project Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and develop mitigation plans.

Communication Management: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues and ensure timeline adherence.

Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive relationships.

5+ years experience as a Project Manager in Cloud Computing or IT Infrastructure projects

Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Should have managed or have a good understanding of Cloud Migration or Modernization or Data Lake or AI/ML workloads.

Bachelor s Degree in IT background.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

Strong understanding of IT concepts, systems, and technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is desirable.
