Role: Cloud Pass Administartor Location: Chennai Exp : 5 to 8 yrs Work Mode: Hybrid NP : Immediate Joiners to 15 days ( Who can join in the month of June ) Primary Skills: Azure and DevOPS Practises Excellent Communication Skills Responsibilities : Work with Application teams to troubleshoot cloud resources issues. Work with Engineering Team to develop better solutions for the customer. Evaluate existing infra Identify gaps functionally, technically, highlight them and have it addressed. Manage cloud environments in compliance with the organizations security policies. Explore automation possibilities in the infra and have it implemented. Perform Disaster recovery and configuration management tasks. Should be able to manage AKS clusters. Knowledge and experience in Cloud infrastructure/services and delivery models, storage concepts, networking basics, etc. Knowledge in IT service management and corresponding ITSM procedures and policies Documented understanding of ITIL processes, SOW's, Affidavits, Agreements, SLA's and KPI's, cost of service, and Risk and security.
