What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and operations specialists, driving 24x7 operational excellence.
• Oversee

  incident, problem, and change management

  processes aligned to

  ITIL best practices

  .
• Ensure smooth operations of

  SaaS-based applications

  hosted on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Drive observability initiatives – implement

  monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning

  across platforms.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure high service reliability.
• Continuously identify automation opportunities to improve uptime, reduce alert noise, and enhance incident response.
• Represent operations during customer interactions, reviews, and service delivery discussions.

What We’re Looking For

• 10–12 years of total experience

  , with a solid technical foundation in

  Linux administration

  and

  SaaS product support

  .

• 3–4 years of experience in people management

  , leading diverse operations or SRE teams.
• Strong understanding of

  ITIL-based processes

  , and proven experience handling

  Incident & Problem Management

  workflows.
• Hands-on exposure to

  Cloud Observability tools

  (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.) and monitoring frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a drive for

  continuous improvement and operational maturity

  .

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period (≤15 days) will be preferred.
