We’re Hiring: Cloud Operations Manager | Bangalore At AionNimbius , we’re scaling our Cloud Operations practice and looking for a Cloud Operations Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end operations, build high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence across our cloud environments. This is a Bangalore-based, on-site role , ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, SaaS-driven environments and has a deep passion for cloud infrastructure, observability, and customer success. 👉 Immediate joiners are highly preferred. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and operations specialists, driving 24x7 operational excellence. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes aligned to ITIL best practices . Ensure smooth operations of SaaS-based applications hosted on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure). Drive observability initiatives – implement monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning across platforms. Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure high service reliability. Continuously identify automation opportunities to improve uptime, reduce alert noise, and enhance incident response. Represent operations during customer interactions, reviews, and service delivery discussions. What We’re Looking For 10–12 years of total experience , with a solid technical foundation in Linux administration and SaaS product support . 3–4 years of experience in people management , leading diverse operations or SRE teams. Strong understanding of ITIL-based processes , and proven experience handling Incident & Problem Management workflows. Hands-on exposure to Cloud Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.) and monitoring frameworks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and operational maturity . Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period (≤15 days) will be preferred. You believe in building resilient systems and empowered teams , driving a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence. Nice to Have Exposure to automation and scripting (Python, Bash, Terraform, etc.). Experience working in SaaS or managed services environments supporting enterprise clients. Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure management. Location: Bangalore (On-site) Experience Range: 10–12 years (Please note we’re not considering profiles beyond this range) Note: Candidates without prior hands-on experience in Linux and Cloud environments will not be considered.
