Cloud Kitchen & Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the kitchen and restaurant.
• Handle

  Pet Pooja POS software

  : billing, inventory, offers, menu updates.
• Maintain menus and performance on

  Swiggy/Zomato

  .
• Oversee

  stock management

  : purchasing, inventory, wastage control.
• Manage

  staffing, shift planning, and team performance

  .
• Ensure hygiene, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate sales, inventory, and expense reports.
• Work with management to scale growth via offers, combos, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in F&B operations (restaurant/cloud kitchen).
• Strong knowledge of

  Pet Pooja POS

  and

  delivery aggregator dashboards

  .
• Excellent skills in

  inventory, vendor, and cost management

  .
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage shifts.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven.
