About the Role MAHSA FOODS is looking for a Cloud Kitchen & Restaurant Manager to take complete ownership of day-to-day operations across both cloud kitchen and dine-in formats. If you have strong expertise in Pet Pooja POS , online delivery platforms ( Swiggy/Zomato ), and end-to-end F&B management, this role is for you. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the kitchen and restaurant. Handle Pet Pooja POS software : billing, inventory, offers, menu updates. Maintain menus and performance on Swiggy/Zomato . Oversee stock management : purchasing, inventory, wastage control. Manage staffing, shift planning, and team performance . Ensure hygiene, food quality, and customer satisfaction. Generate sales, inventory, and expense reports. Work with management to scale growth via offers, combos, and cost optimization. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in F&B operations (restaurant/cloud kitchen). Strong knowledge of Pet Pooja POS and delivery aggregator dashboards . Excellent skills in inventory, vendor, and cost management . Proven ability to lead teams and manage shifts. Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven.
