Cloud Infra Architecture

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 4 - 15 years of experience with architecting, designing and implementing end-to-end cloud infrastructure solutions across leading Cloud platforms with a special focus on Azure and GoogleCloud Platform
• Proven experience in architecting private cloud/data center solutions using virtualization technologies like VMware, with strong expertise in implementing DevOps/DevSecOps practices and automationstrategies
• Hands-on experience of leading cloud and infrastructure strategy current state assessment workshops with client stakeholders and defining target operating model (TOM) Cloud Center ofExcellence driving large-scale cloud migration planning including infrastructure right sizing and costoptimization

Must have skills

• Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Demonstrated expertise in architecting secure, scalable,and resilient hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure solutions on Azure and GCP, with deepknowledge of cloud services, networking, IAM, cost optimization, multi-cloud strategies, andhands-on experience with the pillars of the well-architected framework
• Datacenter Architecture VMWare Extensive experience in architecting and modernizingdatacenter infrastructure using VMware or equivalent virtualization platforms, with a strong trackrecord in leading complex datacenter migration and exit engagements, planning merging newdatacenter including workload assessment, planning, and execution
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and Configuration Management Hands-on expertise inInfrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management leveraging tools such as Terraform,Ansible, python scripting etc
• with a strong track record of automating cloud infrastructureprovisioning, ensuring consistency and compliance across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
• DevOps DevSecOps Knowledge Extensive experience in designing and implementingenterprise-grade DevOps and DevSecOps solutions, with strong proficiency in automatinginfrastructure provisioning and configuration through CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud Infrastructure Design for AI use case Implementation Experience designing cloudinfrastructure solutions to support AI/Generative AI/Agentic AI applications, with hands-onexpertise in developing proof-of-concept solutions leveraging cloud-native services (such asGoogle Cloud Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry) and scalable architecture patterns

Good to have skillsNutanix and RedHat OpenShift Virtualization Platforms

• Familiarity with designinghybrid/private cloud architectures leveraging RedHat OpenShift, Nutanix platforms with hands-onexperience in architecting and implementing VMWare to OpenShift migration engagements wouldbe an added advantage
• Networking Architecture Demonstrated experience in designing resilient and fault-tolerantnetwork architecture for datacenter and cloud infrastructure solutions
• Familiarity with modernnetwork architecture concepts such as Software-defined networking (such as SDWAN etc.)
• Workplace Transformation Proven experience in leading workplace transformation initiatives,including strategy formulation and execution of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenantmigrations, with strong understanding of identity, access, and collaboration architecture inenterprise environments
• Site Reliability Engineering Knowledge of implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)practices, including reliability design, observability, incident response, and automation to ensurescalable, resilient, and high-performing cloud infrastructure on leading tools such asELK/Dynatrace/Splunk/Grafana etc
• Enterprise Architecture Deep understanding and implementation experience of enterprisearchitecture frameworks and principles across multiple industry sectors, preferably TOGAF-3certified, with strong capabilities in architecture governance, technology alignment, and drivingstrategic transformation initiatives

Professional Certifications:

• AI Certifications (AI-102, Google Generative AI Leader, Google CloudProfessional Machine Learning Engineer) Azure Cloud Solutions Architecture certification (AZ-305, AZ-104,AZ-400). Google Cloud Professional Architect certifications (GCP Professional Cloud Architect, GCPProfessional Cloud DevOps Engineer etc.), TOGAF Enterprise Architecture certification (Good to have)The Person:
