Position Title: Sr Manager, Cloud Delivery Location: India-Remote. You will have end-to-end ownership of your areas, including design, code, test, and redefining product/service delivery. You will partner deeply across disciplines and partner teams to deliver results that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities : Own complete solutions across their entire lifecycle, in both good and challenging times. Manage and contribute technically during escalations. Drive the overall architecture of solution delivery and infrastructure within the team and across the organization. Work closely across teams and disciplines to shape solutions that provide value to our customers. Drive solution implementation across multiple tech stacks from 18 different products. Comply with project plans and industry standards. • Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and customer focus within the team. Lead by example with high levels of technical excellence, including participating in design, code, and test reviews. Mentor junior team members professionally, sharing your experience and wisdom. We expect all our team members to support this culture. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 12 years of overall experience in software development and infrastructure management. 7+ years of experience as a Software Developer working with enterprise-grade products and backend development languages like JavaScript, NodeJS, C#, Python, etc. 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms and systems at scale on public cloud infrastructure like AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure, etc. 3+ years of experience applying an automation-first approach to problem-solving using configuration management tools and scripting. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a people manager, leading a team of engineers by setting clear expectations, keeping team members energized, and delivering great results. Technical Skills: Infrastructure-as-Code mentality with tools like Terraform and/or Ansible. Demonstrated experience in building high-quality products or services. Experience delivering successful web or cloud projects. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills: ability to explain work, ask great questions, listen to peers and customers, influence without authority, and give and receive feedback. Passion for building software that solves real problems for real people. Commitment to writing well-designed, easy-to-test, and maintainable code
