Work Location: India - Remote Job Title : Integration Specialist, Deltek Marketplace Position Responsibilities: The Integration Specialist for Deltek Marketplace will join the Deltek Marketplace team. This role involves collaborating with third-party software vendors participating in Delteks Marketplace Program and internal teams at Deltek. The key responsibilities include defining business requirements for integrations with Deltek ERP solutions, supporting integration launches, facilitating go-to-market activities, and providing post-launch and post-sale support for integrations. Responsibilities Collaborate with third-party software vendors and Deltek teams to design and develop business requirements for integrations with Deltek ERP solutions. Gain in-depth knowledge of Deltek ERP integration capabilities and demonstrate how these integrations can effectively benefit Deltek customers. Provide support for integration go-live activities, including both technical tasks (e.g., defining integration methodologies, establishing testing requirements, reviewing technical documentation) and non-technical efforts (e.g., go-to-market strategies). Effectively engage and communicate with Deltek internal stakeholders, such as Global Information Security, Support, Product, Marketing, and other teams involved in the integration launch. Possess strong expertise in popular integration and automation tools, such as Workato, Airflow, and APIs, with the ability to investigate and document API connectivity between third-party solutions and Deltek. Translate technically complex concepts into accessible insights for non-technical audiences. Mentor and guide third-party vendors to ensure they build optimal integration solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to synthesize business requirements and recommend the best integration approaches. Qualifications : Proficient in both spoken and written English. Bachelor's degree required. 5 to 7 years of experience in developing integration or automation solutions, or in a related field. 3 to 4 years of experience in a Support, Integration, or Product Marketing role, or in a customer-facing position. Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato (connectors and integration), Airflow, or APIs is an advantage. Solid understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and related technologies. Skilled at breaking down complex issues and defining actionable solutions. Quick learner, capable of grasping new concepts and technologies while solving problems effectively. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to share and relate ideas, and work collaboratively to achieve objectives. Competent in interpreting API documentation of cloud-based applications, with a working knowledge of basic programming logic and SQL.
