ROLES

) Service Delivery & Operations

Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics are metManage escalations and drive continuous process improvements and automation

2) Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor cloud engineers and support teamsOptimize resource utilization and team productivityAct as the key point of contact for major customers and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with sales, pre-sales, and product teams for smooth delivery

3) Governance & Compliance

Maintain governance over delivery operations and ticket managementTrack and report SLA adherence, utilization, and performance metricsEnsure compliance with ITIL practices and standards (ISO, GDPR, etc.)

4) Business & Growth Responsibilities

- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts- Define and execute growth strategies aligned with Redingtons cloud roadmap- Partner with marketing and product teams on GTM plans for new offerings- Lead technical inputs for RFPs/RFIs and proposal responses

Required Skills & Experience:

12–15 years in IT service delivery, including 3+ years in cloud leadership

Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platformsProven experience managing enterprise and SMB customersHands-on with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

ITIL certification preferred; Azure/AWS certifications a plus

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platformsProven experience managing enterprise and SMB customersHands-on with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

ITIL certification preferred; Azure/AWS certifications a plus
