Job Summary: We are looking for a Cloud Architect with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with AWS cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and software development best practices. This role involves working closely with development and operations teams to build cloud-native applications, optimize cloud infrastructure, and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities: Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions on AWS. Develop cloud architectures that align with business objectives and security best practices. Provide technical leadership in cloud adoption, migration, and optimization strategies. Cloud Infrastructure & Automation: Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, RDS, and Cognito. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS SAM, AWS CDK, or Terraform. Optimize performance, cost, and security of cloud-based applications. Software Development & Deployment: Develop and maintain backend services using Python. Work on frontend applications using React (TypeScript) (nice-to-have). Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in cloud-native application development. CI/CD & DevOps: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD. Implement best practices for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for cloud applications. Security & Compliance: Enforce cloud security best practices and compliance requirements. Implement IAM policies, VPC configurations, and data encryption strategies. Monitor cloud environments for security vulnerabilities and address incidents proactively. Required Skills & Experience: 9 to 15 years of experience in cloud architecture, software development, or DevOps. Hands-on experience building production applications on AWS using services like Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, RDS, and Cognito. Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS SAM, AWS CDK, or Terraform. Proficiency in server-side development with Python. Experience with frontend development using React (TypeScript) (nice-to-have). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Git-based tools (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD). Experience with cloud security best practices and IAM policies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) or similar certifications. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus. Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS).
