Role & responsibilities Require CAD engineer to support the AS-100 Airbag projects and following items describe the Job Description: 1. Should have very good experience on Plastics and sheet metal components design. 2. Should possess good Experience in Automotive Industry. 3. Should have very Good Experience on CATIA and Tooling knowledge. 4. Should have good experience on Part Dwg and Assy Dwg preparation as per manufacturing standards. 5. Should possess skills Concept Design and analytical thinking. 6. Knowledge on GD&T. 7. Good Team player with good communication skills. 8. Proficiency in Japanese Language is added advantage Strategic Context and Challenges 1. Building the competency in Mechanical Design 2. Execute the production intended projects independently with less support from counter parts/ customers Deliverables 1. Analyze the Design requirement /Requested work 3. Deliver the 3D/2D data as per requirement . Core Responsibilities and Activities 1. Design the Plastic /Sheetmetal Parts as per requirement. 2. Prepare the 2D drawings as per manufacturing standards. 3. Communicate with counter parts or customers 4. Execute the project to achieve milestones Other Responsibilities 1. Adherence to safety standards. 2. Should be familiar with Product development life cycle and quality standards. Functional Competencies Analyzing the change / enhancement on requirements.
