Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities Propose, develop, and deliver innovative features Assume responsibility for both strategic and tactical tasks within the team, ensuring successful completion Investigate and identify the root causes of escalated issues Contribute to leading and influencing experienced software engineers, both inside and outside of the Fleet and Mobility development team Achieve results through well-defined priorities, effective resource allocation, and clear communication of goals Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: A minimum of 7 years of enterprise software development experience with proficiency in web components, utilizing Angular, Typescript, CSS and other software development tools and technologies in an Agile environment Practical experience in building modular and scalable front-end components that facilitate seamless integration and collaboration across various microservices Previous experience migrating a monolithic UI web application to a micro frontend architecture Experience in building enterprise software at scale in Azure Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities; demonstrated capability in creating maintaining technical documentation Highly independent, with effective self-organizational and prioritization skills Strong creative logical problem-solving skills Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks Strong verbal and written English skills It is an added bonus if you have Experience using the latest software tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Azure CI/CD Experience in payment systems (i.e. commercial cards), fintech, or B2B services Experience in working with mobile projects Education: Bachelors degree in a related field Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
