We require Sales Executive for Menswear Retail brand store. We are one of leading brands in Nasik. Core Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet customers, answer their questions, and assist them in finding products. Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of product features, pricing, and benefits to effectively advise customers. Sales Driving: Actively promote products, special offers, and upsell complementary items to achieve sales targets. Transaction Management: Accurately process sales, handle cash and returns, and ensure the accuracy of transactions. Visual Merchandising: Arrange and maintain product displays, ensuring they are attractive and informative to customers. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, keep shelves organized and stocked, and assist with inventory control. Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Skills and Attributes Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Sales Acumen: Ability to persuade customers, challenge objections, and close sales effectively. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the products or services offered to provide valuable customer advice.
