Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Closing - Real Estate Manager based in Bandra, with some work from home acceptable. The Closing - Real Estate Manager will be responsible for property management, administering leases, managing commercial real estate transactions, and ensuring all lease agreements are accurately handled. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, resolving any lease-related issues, and maintaining detailed records of properties and leases.

• Proficiency in handling Leases and understanding of Real Estate
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the tax or financial consulting industry is a plus
