Position Overview:

Seeking a Closing Manager with proven expertise in the luxury real estate sector. The ideal candidate is client-facing, experienced in conducting property inspections, negotiations, and closing deals. Must have worked exclusively in the luxury segment, with knowledge of SOBO markets as well as Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, and Juhu, handling properties where the minimum value starts at 10 crore.

Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end property transaction closures, ensuring smooth deal finalization.
Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly closure targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales and closures.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of market trends and legal formalities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
