Job Description

Manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
Ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, contributing to the financial success of the outlet.
Implement corporate strategies and brand standards to achieve business objectives.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain high service quality standards and uphold customer complaints professionally.
Analyze sales reports and implement effective marketing strategies to increase revenue.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
Possess strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences are required.
