Job Description

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and BI views that surface key performance metrics and trends.
Analyze large datasets to uncover insights on business performance and user behavior, converting them into clear, actionable recommendations.
Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand data needs, refine metrics, and continuously improve reporting accuracy, processes, and efficiency.
Develop and maintain complex databases and data systems to support business intelligence initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to work with large datasets and define meaningful metrics.
Solid command of SQL and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Metabase) is essential; familiarity with Python/R/Google Script/BigQuery is a bonus.
Excellent communication skills are needed to present findings clearly to stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data sets.
Experience building and maintaining SQL/Excel/BI dashboards that drive real decision-making.
