With a minimum of 6 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in a BIM environment, and a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on BIM coordination & management encompassing Architectural, Structural, and MEP design review, you are the ideal candidate for this role. It is essential that you possess a fundamental understanding and practical experience in 4D & 5D, along with hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Your role will entail the ability to provide training to others on a variety of BIM disciplines, showcasing your proven competence in Revit & Navisworks. Job Description - BIM Modeler POD Role & Responsibilities • Create and develop 3D models using BIM software. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and highquality models. • Review and analyze design drawings and specifications to identify potential clashes or conflicts. • Coordinate and integrate various disciplines' models to create a comprehensive BIM model. • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols. • Generate detailed construction documents and drawings from the BIM model. • Assist in clash detection and resolution. • Provide support and guidance to project team members on BIM-related issues. • Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and tools. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or Master's degree preferred. • Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Civil Engineering • Industry of Work Experience: 3+ years of experience • Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Technical and Hard Skills: Strong understanding of software structural principles and patterns such as ETABS & SAFE experience with REVIT is a BIG Plus. • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Personal Qualities and Physical Abilities: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Revit Modeling & Detailing, Family creation, Report generation. Modeling & Coordination: Develop and manage detailed 3D/4D/5D BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems. Ensure models are compliant with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and naming conventions. Perform clash detection and coordinate across disciplines using tools like Navisworks or Revit. Documentation & Drawings: Generate and update construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation from BIM models. Support the creation of BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs using BIM data. Project Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors for model inputs and updates. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate design/modeling changes effectively

Role Accountabilities Responsible for developing BIM strategy, overseeing all BIM work on select projects and responsible for BIM quality on all projects, while working closely with BIM Leadership on the development of pilot projects. Development and supervision of project staff and processes related to the implementation of BIM for project controls. Must be enthusiastic and drive automation processes Coordination of processes for complete model life cycle development and functionality (3D, 4D and 5D, model development and integration). Coordinate the review and validation of construction models (including 4D/5D contractor model submittals). Assist project teams by providing and formatting information from virtual models throughout the lifecycle of a project, including utilization of models and visualizations for presentations and reporting construction progress Qualifications & Experience Minimum 18 years of total experience with 10+ years in Electrical Substations (Plant) and 5+ years in UK substations (Plant) Good understanding of various common data environment platforms (BIM 360, ACC, ProjectWise). Good command in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator & PowerPoint. Knowledge in Bentley, Synchro Pro, and other tools will be an added advantage Experience in managing a team of BIM modellers Experiecne in international delivery preferably UK Experience in the development of 3D models for visualization and Design exposureto 4D models linked to project schedule for simulation, and 5D models to support estimating efforts.
