Job Description

Serve as the single point of contact for a portfolio of sellers throughout their compliance journey.
Build strong relationships by ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication.
Manage all seller interactions through a centralized mechanism to maintain high data integrity and audit readiness.
Drive seller progress toward compliance by removing blockers and escalating issues as needed.
Respond promptly to inbound requests via available channels, providing expert guidance.
Support enforced sellers through targeted regain outreach and education, helping them return to compliant status quickly.

Job Requirements

Fluency in Italian is required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) is preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and be flexible to meet business requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to process improvements.
