Good communication skills
Clinical Interviews of Nurse Practitioners for US hiring.
NPs Feedback and close looping of charts by solving queries chart on call.
Primary Training First level training of NPs
Case management including emergent.
Creating training materials and SOPs
Managing Training related reports
Suspect diagnosis based on medical condition or signs and symptoms
Training of Quality Auditors on clinical knowledge improvement to improve effectiveness and accuracy of QAs
Creating team in India with strong clinical fundamental to scale offshore and reduce Training team dependency.
Attending client call as SME
Knowledge of MS office tools

Skills & Qualifications:

Must have MBBS/MD/ BHMS/ BDS License
Professionalism with excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Analytical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose.
One or more years of background experience patient management
Active learner with a desire and willingness to continue education and training.
