Clinical Research Trainer

As a Clinical Research Trainer at PMCTI, your role involves delivering training sessions on Clinical Research, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and related topics. You will be responsible for designing, updating, and improving training materials, presentations, and assessments. Assessing and evaluating trainees" understanding through tests, assignments, and practical exercises will also be a key part of your responsibilities. It is essential to stay updated with the latest industry trends, guidelines, and regulatory changes to ensure the quality of training sessions. Conducting both classroom and online training sessions as per company requirements and providing career guidance and mentoring to students/professionals will be vital aspects of your role. Collaboration with industry experts to enhance training effectiveness is also expected from you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver training sessions on Clinical Research, GCP, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and related topics - Design, update, and improve training materials, presentations, and assessments - Assess and evaluate trainees" understanding through tests, assignments, and practical exercises - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, guidelines, and regulatory changes - Conduct both classroom and online training sessions as per company requirements - Provide career guidance and mentoring to students/professionals - Collaborate with industry experts to enhance training effectiveness **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research/clinical trials/Pharmacovigilance or a related field - Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, CDSCO, USFDA, EMA, and other global regulatory guidelines - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is an advantage - Ability to engage and interact effectively with learners - Proficiency in using LMS (Learning Management Systems) and online training platforms is a plus,
