Clinical Research / Biostatistics Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as a Clinical Research/Biostatistics Executive at datAIsm. Your main responsibility will be to oversee clinical research projects and conduct statistical analyses to ensure data accuracy and validity. You will be involved in designing study protocols, analyzing clinical trial data, and interpreting results to support decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing biostatistical expertise to optimize project outcomes will be crucial. This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune, requiring individuals with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop study protocols for clinical research projects - Analyze clinical trial data using statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python - Interpret results and provide insights to support decision-making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes - Utilize your expertise in Biostatistics, Statistical Analysis, and Clinical Trial Data Interpretation - Ensure compliance with Research Methodologies and Regulatory Guidelines - Maintain high-quality standards and meet project deadlines - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Biostatistics, Statistical Analysis, and Clinical Trial Data Interpretation - Experience with Data Management methodologies and statistical software (SAS, R, Python) - Knowledge of Clinical Research, Research Methodologies, and Regulatory Guidelines - Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills - Excellent Communication Skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams - Bachelors or Masters degree in Biostatistics, Mathematics, or related field - Prior experience in clinical trial processes and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) is preferred,
