Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, your role involves creating and writing trial protocols, presenting them to the steering committee, and identifying trial sites. You will also be responsible for training site staff on therapeutic areas, protocol requirements, and proper documentation. Furthermore, you will liaise with the ethics committee to ensure the rights and safety of trial subjects. Key Responsibilities: - Creating and writing trial protocols - Identifying and establishing trial sites - Training site staff on therapeutic areas and protocol requirements - Liaising with the ethics committee - Ordering, tracking, and managing IP and trial materials - Overseeing IP dispensing inventory and reconciliation - Protecting subjects confidentiality and ensuring proper administration of IP - Conducting site visits, coordinating project meetings, and writing visit reports - Implementing action plans for underperforming sites - Liaising with regulatory authorities - Ensuring compliance with SOPs, local regulations, and guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in biological science or related field - Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices - Familiarity with FDA regulations - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to manage workload effectively and travel on short notice As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be involved in various tasks and responsibilities as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
