Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Vasta Bio-Informatics Private Limited in Navi Mumbai I. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct clinical research studies to gather data and information on various medical conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement study protocols.
Develop and maintain accurate records of study participants and data.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of clinical research principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in using computer software applications and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience working in a CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
