Clinical Research Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Vasta Bio-Informatics Private Limited in Navi Mumbai I. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.

• Conduct clinical research studies to gather data and information on various medical conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement study protocols.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of study participants and data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.

• Strong understanding of clinical research principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in using computer software applications and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience working in a CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry is preferred.
