Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and development, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to achieve study objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and regulatory authorities.
Coordinate and manage the logistics of study-related activities, including data collection and laboratory testing.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of study progress and results.
Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure high standards of conduct.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
Proven experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or CRO setting.
Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
