Clinical Psychologist

New Horizons Child Development Centre is a multidisciplinary therapy and support centre dedicated to helping children with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. We provide a nurturing environment where professionals collaborate to deliver holistic care to children and their families.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in child and adolescent psychology, and a strong commitment to supporting children with developmental delays, learning difficulties, and emotional concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other professionals including special educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
• Offer parental guidance and counseling to support family involvement in therapy.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in case discussions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children and adolescents (internship or professional).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.
• Experience in behavior therapy, play therapy, or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
