Clinical Project Manager (CPM)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager (PM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within a CRO environment, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage clinical research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Project Management).
• Minimum of 02 years of experience in project management within a CRO.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
