We’re looking for professionals who know what it means to keep a hospital or clinic running — people who’ve been in the middle of the action, coordinating between staff, patients, and administrators.

You’ll act as a bridge between HosTalky’s technology and the daily realities of care teams — helping hospitals move away from chaotic tools like WhatsApp and toward structured, secure, and professional collaboration.

• Introduce HosTalky to hospitals and healthcare facilities, focusing on care coordination and operational efficiency.
• Translate everyday workflow challenges into solutions powered by HosTalky.
• Partner with nurses, administrators, and department leads to improve communication, handovers, and team alignment.
• Use your hospital/clinic network to create pilot opportunities and foster adoption.
• Help shape a future where healthcare workers can focus on patients instead of broken communication systems.

• 5+ years of experience in hospital/clinic management, nursing leadership, or operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for improving healthcare delivery through technology.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence peers and teams.
