Our clinic aims to provide comprehensive care and personalized treatment plans to improve overall gut health and well-being.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a position within the Founder's Office at AIKA Health. The position is based in New Delhi. As a Nutritionist at AIKA Health, you will play a key role in helping clients heal from chronic gut and lifestyle disorders through personalized nutrition and lifestyle interventions.

You’ll work closely with our health coaches and medical advisors to assess client health histories, dietary patterns, and lab reports to design customized meal and supplement plans. You’ll educate clients about the connection between nutrition, gut health, and overall wellbeing — empowering them to make sustainable changes.

The role also involves tracking client progress, adapting plans based on outcomes, and contributing to educational content, workshops, and corporate wellness sessions. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about holistic health, evidence-based nutrition, and creating lasting impact through food and lifestyle.

You'll be responsbile for ensuring Company's revenue growth through client renewals, referrals, new client acquisiton, and participating in markeing and growth initiatives like webinars, social media etc.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Strong Client manaegment skills
• Passion for health, wellness and Nutritions
• Ability to analyse and understand Medical reports like blood tests, ultra sound reports, etc
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Nutrition
