Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a position within the Founder's Office at AIKA Health. The position is based in New Delhi. As a Nutritionist at AIKA Health, you will play a key role in helping clients heal from chronic gut and lifestyle disorders through personalized nutrition and lifestyle interventions. You’ll work closely with our health coaches and medical advisors to assess client health histories, dietary patterns, and lab reports to design customized meal and supplement plans. You’ll educate clients about the connection between nutrition, gut health, and overall wellbeing — empowering them to make sustainable changes. The role also involves tracking client progress, adapting plans based on outcomes, and contributing to educational content, workshops, and corporate wellness sessions. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about holistic health, evidence-based nutrition, and creating lasting impact through food and lifestyle. You'll be responsbile for ensuring Company's revenue growth through client renewals, referrals, new client acquisiton, and participating in markeing and growth initiatives like webinars, social media etc. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong administrative and organizational skills Strong Client manaegment skills Passion for health, wellness and Nutritions Ability to analyse and understand Medical reports like blood tests, ultra sound reports, etc Proficiency in using office software and tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Previous experience in a similar role or in the healthcare industry is a plus Master's degree in Nutrition

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can help us launch and scale our supplements vertical end-to-end. Role Overview: You will work directly with the founder and cross-functional teams to execute the complete e-commerce and product launch journey — from managing vendors and licenses to ensuring products are listed, shipped, and visible on leading marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone with a finance or business background (CA / BBA) and 1–3 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce operations, or consulting (Big 4 - KPMG/ EY/ PWC/ Deloitte preferred), who wants to build something from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. E-commerce Setup & Management Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and the Mosha website Coordinate product shoots, descriptions, and content uploads Track sales, returns, and platform analytics 2. Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging vendors, and fulfillment partners Maintain inventory records and ensure stock availability Manage packaging, shipping timelines, and vendor payments 3. Regulatory & Compliance Assist in obtaining FSSAI, GST, and other relevant licenses Maintain compliance documentation for supplements and nutraceuticals 4. Cross-Functional Coordination Work with content and design teams on branding, product labels, and launch creatives Support finance and accounting tasks (vendor invoices, reconciliations, cost tracking) 5.
