Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
• Ensure timely patient follow-ups and record updates.
• Handle patient feedback and online review management.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and assist with inquiries.
• Support patient care coordination for a smooth clinical experience.
• Foster relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals for tie-ups.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly while maintaining high service standards.

• Strong skills in appointment scheduling and handling patient inquiries.
