Clinical Liaison Executive/Manager/Sr Manager/ Business Development Executive

As a Clinical Liaison Manager, your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of Clinical Liaison Executives to expand referral networks and ensure consistent patient inflow through strong healthcare partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, building and strengthening relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, planning and overseeing various outreach programs, and coordinating with hospital departments for seamless referral handling and high patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Liaison Executives. - Develop and execute business development strategies to increase patient referrals. - Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals. - Plan and oversee CMEs, health camps, and outreach programs. - Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure seamless referral handling and high patient satisfaction. - Track performance metrics, prepare business reports, and ensure achievement of targets. - Represent the hospital at professional events, conferences, and networking platforms. Qualifications & Requirements: - Education: BDS, BAMS, BHMS, MHA, MBA - Minimum 0-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, or liaisoning. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Smart, presentable, confident, and dynamic personality. - Willingness to travel for fieldwork (city + outstation).
