Job Description: Clinical Intern Position Title: Clinical Intern Location: Chennai Experience : Freshers or recent graduates (No experience required) Qualifications: MSc, BSc or Diploma in Radiology, Medical Imaging Technology, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Medical Lab Technology. ROLE SUMMARY The Clinical Intern will play a supporting role in bridging clinical and technical teams by gathering data from scanning centers, preparing structured documentation for analysis, and gaining insights into real-world diagnostic and clinical workflows. The intern will also observe and report on the interaction dynamics between patients, doctors, radiologists and administrative staff to better inform technology integration and system design. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: βž” Collect and organize ultrasound, MRI, CT and other clinical data from affiliated scanning centers, ensuring completeness and accuracy. βž” Create summary documents for the technical team, such as workflow notes, imaging data, and summaries of data collected. βž” Understand the scanning center workflow β€” from patient registration to scan reporting β€” and map key operational touchpoints. βž” To comprehend trust, consent, and clarity in service delivery, observe and record the communication dynamics between doctors, patients, and administrative teams. βž” In real-time scanning environments, identify typical problems or gaps in workflow and provide ways to improve the process or technology. βž” Participate in conversations about clinical validation, pilot design, and implementation feedback during internal project meetings. βž” When working with patient data or monitoring clinical procedures, keep confidentiality and adhere to all ethical standards. REQUIREMENTS ● Recently graduated student in radiology, medical lab technology, public health, biomedical sciences, or allied fields. ● Strong observational and documentation skills; able to translate field data into structured formats. ● Interest in healthcare delivery models, digital health, or medical technology. ● Comfort with traveling to diagnostic centers (if required) and interacting with clinical staff.
