Clinic Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee clinic sales and operational activities to meet business objectives.
2. Monitor and plan monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent progress and achievement.
3. Manage process orientation by enforcing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance standards, and tracking performance through process and mystery audits.
4. Handle inventory control and cash management to maintain financial accuracy and resource availability.
5. Ensure excellent customer service, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
6. Lead and manage the team effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum 5+ years work experience in Skin care Clinic
2. A strategic visionary with strong financial technical skills, sales acumen, analytical ability, good judgment and strong client focus
3. A well organized and self-directed individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to meet deadlines
4. Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, strong cultural awareness
