Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

overseeing the overall daily operations, staff management, financial performance, and business development

  • Operational Oversight

    : Managing the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, including patient scheduling, appointment management, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the clinic premises.
  • Staff Management and Leadership

    : Hiring, training, and evaluating the performance of clinic staff (dermatologists, therapists, receptionists, etc.). This includes creating work schedules, fostering teamwork, and addressing employee issues to maintain high staff morale.
  • Patient Care Coordination

    : Acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals, handling patient complaints, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, and ensuring patient care plans are coordinated effectively.
  • Financial Management

    : Managing the clinic's budget, overseeing billing systems, processing insurance claims, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-effective measures.
  • Inventory and Equipment Management

    : Coordinating with suppliers, managing the inventory of medical and office supplies, and overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment, such as laser machines.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance

    : Ensuring all clinic operations adhere to healthcare regulations, licensing standards, and safety protocols, including the maintenance of accurate and confidential medical records.
  • Business Development and Marketing

    : Planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional schemes to attract new patients and retain existing clients, with a focus on achieving sales objectives and making the center profitable.
