Client Tax Associate II

Join a dynamic team responsible for global tax operations across 100+ markets. As a Client Tax Associate within our Tax Production Team, you will play a vital role in reviewing high-value tax reclaims in compliance with global tax laws. Your duties will involve identifying process gaps, proposing solutions to minimize financial risks, reporting to management, collaborating with the team, and contributing to the enhancement of our international tax reclaims process. Your main responsibilities will include designing risk-based operating models for the Reviewer team, collaborating with the Tax Production team to assess hotspots and potential vulnerabilities, working closely with Corporate Tax and Audit teams to align processes with corporate policies and guidelines, enhancing the quality and timeliness of international tax reclaims, influencing technology enhancements, developing tools to improve quality and accuracy, and reporting observations and resolutions to Senior Management. The ideal candidate should possess a postgraduate degree with an accounting and taxation background, along with a Chartered Accountant certification. Strong oral and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in capital markets, being detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, the ability to effectively partner with global teams and internal clients, and proficiency in promoting system improvements and implementing tools for quality enhancement.,
