You’ll manage day-to-day client projects, track what’s done and what’s pending, and make sure the team delivers on time. Your job is to keep every client’s work organized, updated, and moving — without excuses and without delays.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Work Tracking
• Maintain a clear list of all active clients.
• Track each client’s deliverables: what’s completed, what’s ongoing, what’s pending.
• Update project status daily (content, ads, websites, shoots, etc.).
2. Coordination With Team
• Communicate tasks to designers, editors, ad managers, and developers.
• Follow up for timely completion — no missing deadlines.
• Flag delays instantly instead of waiting for things to pile up.
3. Client Communication
• Share required updates with clients (only what’s needed, nothing extra).
• Collect inputs, approvals, and missing content from clients.
• Ensure clients are informed, aligned, and not left guessing.
4. Operations Support
• Maintain internal task sheets / CRM / trackers.
• Organize client folders, assets, and project files.
• Assist in onboarding new clients (documents, forms, brand info, etc.).
5. Quality Control
• Check that deliverables match the brief before sending to clients.
• Catch small issues before the client does.
• Ensure all communication, posts, and reports are error-free.
