Client Support Executive

We are seeking a Client Support Executive (Female) who is fluent in English and skilled in handling online client communication only—through chat, email, calls, and listening. This role does not involve any direct face-to-face interaction with clients. Your role is to provide quick and professional support to clients across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries through chat, email, and phone calls .
• Provide clear, accurate, and polite responses in fluent English.
• Maintain proper records of client communications.
• Coordinate internally to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Must be fluent in English – verbal and written
• Comfortable working with chat, email, and phone support
• Good typing speed and email etiquette
• Basic computer and internet usage knowledge
• Calm and professional communication style
• Prior experience in client/customer support is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple queries at once
• Positive and client-focused attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
