Job Description

In this role at Arihant Capital, you will be responsible for lining up prospects for closure with our experienced closer and servicing clients to help them invest better. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential clients and converting them into qualified leads. - Having a thorough understanding of all Arihant Capital's products, services, and pricing to be able to explain the right product to clients. - Ensuring prospects fully understand how the services offered can help them. - Developing and maintaining an active pipeline to achieve sales targets, creating and maintaining a database, and tracking system for the sales channel. - Updating all client activity on the client relationship management (CRM) systems. - Scheduling appointments of clients with Relationship Managers. - Following up with the leads generated. - Maintaining MIS report of the daily calling activities. - Pitching products to prospective clients and making closures. - Building healthy and long-term relationships with clients. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to products and services. Qualifications and Skills required for this role are: - At least 1-2 years of sales experience (experience in financial products selling is preferred). - A graduate with excellent speaking skills. - Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point applications.
